About the instructor:

Casey Haeg has been performing improv since 2010. Casey was a main stage performer at ComedySportz Twin Cities, and HUGE Theater. During her time performing Casey has realized how important and beneficial improv can be on and off the stage. She started teaching improv in 2014, and has had the privilege of teaching people the power of "yes, and". The most important lessons Casey thinks you can learn from Improv are: being present, being open to what is given to you, and being aware of what we are saying (verbally and non verbally).

Casey, her husband Dan, and their two cats Henry and Birdie live in Treme. She is thrilled to be providing a safe, and inclusive place to learn and perform improv here in this wonderful city.
